Your2Cents is currently my favorite paid survey site. They offer CASH rewards of $1 to $5 dollars per survey taken, but you don't find out how much you get until the survey is over.
I've been paid by Your2Cents twice now. First check for $11, second for $10. Minimum payout is only $10!
One downside is that I don't receive surveys from them all that often. It's most likely just my demographic and there being too many folks like me out there signed up already.
They don't currently offer a referral program, something I hope they plan to change in the near future.
Aside from that I highly recommend giving them a try. The surveys are easy and quick, and so is payment! :)
